Shipping

 

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on backorder or pre-order).

Orders are shipped via either express post for $15.00 or regular Australian post for $12.00. Maria Merci will then email you the tracking number for your order (please check your spam inboxes for tracking emails).

Standard Shipping in Australia is FREE with orders over $100.

International orders are shipped via Australia Postal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge of $25. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country, and shipping delays may occur due to customs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

 

 

Boutique Maria Merci is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our requirements below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any Maria Merci hangtags.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.

Please note that if you paid for shipping at your original order, you would not be credited the shipping cost when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

 

 

Afterpay Returns

 

 

If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the total amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your installments.

Processing Returns
We aim to process returns within seven business days of receiving them in our Brisbane warehouse, but high-volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact hello@boutiquemariamerci.com.

  • Store credit can only be used at boutiquemaricmerci
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchases exceeding the store credit value will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
  • Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Faulty Items

Maris Merci team thoroughly inspects all goods before being shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us at hello@boutiquemariamerci.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the mark.

 

 

AFTER PAY

 

 

Found the perfect piece from Maria Merci’s collection but don’t have the money to pay for it now? Not to fear, Afterpay allows you to place your order now, receive your item, and take your time paying. You get more time to pay off your order, and the best thing is that you won't be charged any interest!

What you need: 
  • A Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card
  • Be an Australian buyer
  • Be over 18

 How it works
  • Once you decide on everything you want, checkout as you usually do, but select Afterpay as your payment option
  • This will prompt you to enter all your details with Afterpay
     
  • Now that you've checked out, your items will be shipped, and you will pay four easy fortnightly instalments! For existing Afterpay customers, the funds for the first payment will need to be made available on the cart at checkout. However, the first payment will not be deducted for 14 days. If you're a new Afterpay customer, your first payment will be made at the time of purchase.
     
  • Valid for amounts up to $1200.

On dates of payment, if you have not manually paid the price or have insufficient funds in your account, you will be charged a late fee of $10. If the instalment is still overdue one week later, an additional $7 late fee will be charged.
